Coaching retreats in Italy for leaders, founders, and teams
Venues that hold a cohort, schedules that hold the work. We plan it; you hold the room.
What we handle
Coaching retreats ask more of a venue than they get credit for: private space for deep work, dining that lets conversation actually land, and movement between modes throughout the day. Italy has this. We just have to find it for you.
The venue
Private estates, discreet boutique hotels, or historic palazzi with real meeting space, not ballrooms. Confidentiality, comfort, and signal we’re taking this seriously.
The programme
We design the container: session blocks, active breaks (walks, vineyards, a lake swim), and evenings that let the work keep processing without a bar scene.
On the ground
Transfers, AV, dietary, suppliers. Your named host keeps it all running so coaches and facilitators don’t become ops.
A typical coaching retreat day
A template only. Every retreat we plan is built around your programme, not ours.
- Opening circle or intention-setting
- Deep-work block (90–120 mins)
- Active break. Walk, vineyard, lake swim
- Shared lunch, long table
- Group work or 1:1 coaching afternoon
- Free hour before dinner
- Communal dinner with facilitation-light atmosphere
- Optional evening reflection or reading
Regions that suit coaching retreats
Any region can host a retreat, but some suit this programme better. A few we return to:
Piedmont
Wine-estate privacy, long dinners, and enough quiet to hold a week of deep 1:1 work.
Tuscany
Villa-style residencies with dedicated breakouts, terraces for pair work, and reliable transfers from Florence.
Lake Como
Boutique hotels with meeting rooms, lake walks between sessions, and the right atmosphere for leadership cohorts.
Umbria
Monastery and hillside venues for smaller, high-trust cohorts who want stillness between sessions.
