WHAT LAURAND ATELIER DOES
We’re a retreat-planning studio based in Italy. Facilitators, coaches and studios come to us when they want to host in Italy but don’t want to spend six months wrangling Italian venues, contracts, transfers and vendor WhatsApp groups in three languages.
We handle every logistics layer: venue shortlist and contracts, airport transfers, local chefs and practitioners, permits, payments, the guest journey. You keep full creative control of the retreat itself.

PHASE 01
Discovery
A discovery call to understand your audience, cohort size, retreat shape, and non-negotiables. We map the brief and set the dates.
PHASE 02
Planning & contracting
We source venues, build the day-by-day programme, negotiate suppliers, and hand you one transparent quote with everything locked in.
PHASE 03
On-the-ground delivery
A named Italian host runs logistics on-site so you focus on facilitating. Transfers, meals, activities, problems. Handled.
