Who we are
Laurand Atelier is a small Italian planning team based between Piedmont and Liguria. We spend our weeks sourcing venues, driving site visits, briefing chefs, and standing next to retreat hosts when their group arrives.
We started as a travel atelier for private clients. Over time the work we loved most, and were best at, was end-to-end retreat delivery for facilitators and brands who already had a programme but no ground team. That is now what we do, full-time.
How we work
You hold the room.
Programme, framing, facilitation, the emotional arc of the week. That is yours. We never step into the space.
We hold the operation.
Venue contract, transfers, chefs, therapists, suppliers, timings, the thousand small decisions that keep a week moving. That is ours.
On the ground, not on email.
We live here. Site visits are a morning drive, not a quarterly flight. When something breaks at 7am on day three, we are thirty minutes away.
What a typical client looks like
- A facilitator or coach running one to four retreats a year, group size six to thirty.
- A yoga, wellness or writing studio taking its cohort to Italy once or twice a season.
- A wellness brand, publisher or founder hosting a milestone gathering or founder offsite.
- Per-guest-night budgets between €250 and €1,800, programmes from five to ten days.
Meet the team
Laura V.
Retreat Director
Laura leads venue sourcing and the client relationship. She knows the house, the host, and the head chef at most of the villas we work with by first name, and she is the person on the call when you are scoping a programme.
Andrei D.
Operations Lead
Andrei runs the moving parts. Contracts, transfers, supplier network, day-of logistics. He is the one building the run-sheet, briefing the ground team, and standing at the gate when the coach pulls in.
